Launching the STHK Time for You Virtual Wellbeing Festival, is headliner Greg Whyte.

Not afraid of taking on monumental physical and mental challenges, Greg will explore the role of team work and effective leadership in keeping each other going. He’ll also talk about how to stay motivated, even when faced with the biggest of obstacles.

About Greg

Greg Whyte is a physical activity expert and was awarded the OBE for his services to Sport, Sport Science & Charity in 2014. He is also an Olympian in modern pentathlon, and is a European and World Championship medallist.

Greg has extensive professional experience assessing, treating and improving the performance of patients, sporting enthusiasts and athletes, ranging from cancer sufferers to celebrities attempting their first mountain summit and Gold medal seeking Olympians.
