About Graham

Graham Ramsey is a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. A law graduate, was a police officer for seventeen years, a teacher for six and now a licensed associate Instructor for MHFA England.  He is currently working for himself as www.mentalhealthsurvival.co.uk , and on behalf of www.nwautismandsend.co.uk . Having suffered from stress, anxiety and depression he now successfully manages his mental health and shares his lived experience with others.
