About Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is great for releasing stress, and is the perfect option if you’re new to meditation.

In just 15 minutes, our guide Terri will walk you through some peaceful imagery and breathing exercises to help you switch off and unwind.

Settle down in a quiet and comfortable area, press play, close your eyes, and start your relaxation journey from Wednesday 10th February at 2pm.

About Terri

Terri Donlan has been a Reiki practitioner for many years, and started her practice ‘Little White Butterflies’ just before the start of the pandemic.

Terri has had her own personal struggles with stress and anxiety, and found that reiki, along with meditation and mindfulness, have helped to bring balance to her body, mind, and emotions.
