Staff testing on wards
All staff requesting a Covid Test on the ward must complete a Microbiology Request form.
Before submitting the form, can staff please ensure that “HWWB” is written in the “Ward/Dept” section, and clearly mark the form at the bottom of Section 2: Investigation Required, with the name of the staff member who has been tested and a contact number for them, as this will enable the results to be then sent directly to self- isolation team via email, who will then prioritise any positive results and call the staff member directly.
