The pandemic has highlighted a need for staff to work in different ways. To support both managers and staff we have developed the Agile Working Guidance which is now available on the Staff Covid Website under Staff info.
Happy Birthday NHS
Staff are invited to join the Biggest Thank You Clap EVER outside of A&E on Sunday 5th July at 4.50pm until 5.10pm. There will be a special performance by local singer Jessica Mcdonald age 11 and cake 🙂 Social distancing will be maintained. Local media will be in attendance
NHS Covid Heroes
Today we recognise the heroic efforts of the Operational Site Managers. This awesome team have helped us reconfigure wards (time and time again) and move Covid positive patients safely and swiftly. Â They have supported their colleagues day and night, ensuring staffing levels were maintained and that everyone had adequate PPE. Their vital input and expertise has enabled us to respond raplidly to increased pressures and their can do attitude has been appreciated by us all. This team are an asset to the Trust! Well done all.
