About Mindfulness in Nature
Wildlife and nature can play a key part in maintaining our wellbeing.
Join Cheshire Wildlife Trust for this 40 minute virtual Wellbeing with Nature session. There will be a short, guided relaxation practice, an opportunity to volunteer for nature from home, and discover activities to do in your own time to build a stronger connection with nature and help wildlife in your local area.
We’ll be making feeders to give the birds a little helping hand through the cold months. Please join the session with some:
• Bird seed, or dried fruit, or chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, cooked rice, or grated cheese (or all of these)
• Some hard cooking fat (lard or suet) or peanut butter
• A pine cone, or an empty loo roll or empty yoghurt pot
• A bit of string or ribbon
• A bowl for mixing
